The number of devices in your plan refers to the maximum number of screens that may stream simultaneously at the same time. Using more devices simultaneously than your plan allows may result in account suspension.

Free Trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial of our service upon request via WhatsApp. The free trial provides full access to all channels and content. Each user is entitled to one free trial only. We reserve the right to deny trial requests at our discretion.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable service fees unless otherwise stated.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship under the following circumstances:

You may stop using our service at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are only available within the 7-day refund window as described in Section 6.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if:

  • You engage in any prohibited activity as described in Section 8

In cases of termination due to Terms violations, no refund will be issued. In cases of termination for reasons outside your control, we will offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
